Training continues over the holidays






Although the school holidays has just started and Christmas is just over the corner. Nevertheless i managed to find sufficient time to continue my training for my thighs and calf. since school is closed i had to find other alternatives to train myself.

I thought of doing some training method which i got from the Internet and friends. check it out here!
Instead of using weights i decided to use the stairs around my HDB building for doing squats.

Marathon for better fitness!






To further enhance my body fitness, especially my thigh and calf strength. I've decided to take part in this year's standard chartered 42km marathon! Before the run i never knew i would ever be able to complete in 42km long run. The furthest i have ever run was only 16km.
During the marathon i ran and ran till my leg gave up on me.. I REPEAT~ "MY LEGS GAVE UP ON ME!!!" I am disappointed with my legs.. ha ha.. i still have the stamina to go on but with every cramping step i took, comes pain. Next Friday i would be continuing my static exercises.. Will be posting up soon again!!!
