Training starts!

Due to some changes on Wednesday, i decided to push forward my SBJ training to Tuesday. I have found my personal trainer! Mr Tan. He would be training me for the following to improve on my Standing broad jump. He is a 100% athlete. He has attained IPPT Gold and is an excellent SBJ jumper. He's the perfect person for the job. Well, i started on the few exercises that Mr Tan recommended for me. Those exercises were tough! :) But i managed to finish them all. Check out the photos! I would be taking my first standing broad jump on Friday! Wish me luck!

My planned schedule

I have planned my schedule! To make the most out of my free time i decided to plan a schedule to allocate activities to my empty time slots. I still think i need more time for revision.I thought i plan every saturday morning to revise my school work. Since i have planned for my schedule... My training starts now!

Shocking!~

Shockingly!~ Jesper decided to sit beside me during EPC lecture today. Without any convincing and persuasion, he willing sat beside my for the entire lecture~ :)

2nd post!

Oh my god. This blog has some upgrading to do.It looks so plain. I have finally handed up my assignment one. which required my to set my 2 SMART goals. I initially decided to learn malay langauge. But after some thought i realized i needed to improve on my standing broad jump! I need to start training... and training requires me to find someone who is suitible to train my leg muscle and push me through my tough training sessions. Come on stanley!~ Jump further and improve more on my Standing broad jump!
Putting Personal development aside, i need to focus more on my studies. After analyzing my current modules, i have found out that my weakest module was not maths! but was Electric current principles.. I guess i need to spendd more time on the module.
So my plan for now is to spend a little more time and focus on Electric principles and looking for the suitible guy to train me up every friday for my standing broad jump!
